THU 2/20/25: Due to more wintry precipitation just now moving into the area, BCS will operate on a 2 HOUR DELAY. Because of the delayed start to school, the previously scheduled two-hour early dismissal will NOT happen. Schools will dismiss at their regular times.

A huge thank you to the Maintenence Department, Delane, Joe, Shannon, Maria, Mandy, Tina Marie, Laura, Anthony, Danny, Ron, Woodfin Cafeteria and Custodians, and multiple community volunteers who all jumped in at literally a moments notice when the water at Woodfin Elementary went off at 10:45 AM today with families arriving for the gratitude lunch. They did whatever needed to be done to make sure that we were successful and had what we needed. I am so very grateful to serve with such an amazing team!

First grade got a suprise visitor today! Ms. Helen brought in her bearded dragon to share with the students. First grade has been working on a unit about creature features.
