 I grew up in Burnsville, NC and graduated from Mountain Heritage High School in 2001.  I received my Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance and Latin American Studies at Guilford College.  I am Kodaly certified and have a Master of Music Education degree from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland.
